Her journey in life began with her parents, Charlie and Ethyl Gustafason on November 23, 1911 in Coalgate, OK. Through this life she taught school, beginning in Coalgate Grant School. Her life was filled with the love she had for her family and with playing bridge, walking, music, travel (and) being charming to all she met. When her first husband died in 1975 she went on with her life. During this time she met Jules Dubois, whom she married in 1984. They continued to travel, play bridge, and enjoy life together. They moved to Coalgate for a short time, made many friends and added to the community. When they moved to Edmond, not only was her extended family saddened, but so were all the friends they had.
