Blanche was enumerated with Hugh Harrigan on the census of 15 April 1910 at Ross Twp, Cherokee County, Kansas, as Blanch Harrigan. Blanche is listed as 7 years old and was born in Kansas. Both of her parents were born in Scotland.4
Blanche Harrigan married David A Browning on 13 March 1926 at Cherokee County, Kansas.5
