Twin to Virgie Lewis. Virgil lost part of his foot in World War II. After discharge he worked for Datson Specialties. A son, Robert W. Lewis, married Patty Thurman, and they had a son David Lewis. A daughter, Alisa Ann Lewis married James Edward Ruesch, 1 May 1988, and they had a son Jakob Lewis Ruesch, b. 25 Aug 1991.1
