He is a 48 year old single white male born in Virginia as were both of his parents. He owns his own property which is a farm. He is a miller in a grist mill. Enumerated with him were Mary Gilham Epperly and Thomas Pinkney Ayres.⁴

John Walker Agee died on 8 October 1947 at age 66.
