Dunning officiating. Mr. Owen Pryor acted as groomsman and Miss Mollie McCormick as bridesmaid. After the ceremony the happy couple repaired with their friends to the residence of the bride's mother, Mrs. Jas. McLean, where the remainder of the day was spent in feasting and otherwise celebrating the happy event. The groom is well and favorably known among the old settlers of Scammon. The bride, having dwelt in this vicinity since early childhood, has by her diligence and gentility won the esteem of all who knew her. We understand that the happy couple will make their home in New Mexico. While we are sorry to lose them from our midst, the best wishes of the Globe-Miner is heartily extended to them.5
