     Thomas Crilly Quinn was born on 4 February 1885 at Irwin Station, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Patrick Quinn.

Thomas Crilly Quinn married May Fern, daughter of Francis M. Fern and Carrie Lyons.

Thomas Crilly Quinn witnessed the marriage of William Connery and Nora Stewart on 25 July 1904 at St Bridget's Catholic Church, Scammon, Cherokee County, Kansas.2,3 Thomas Crilly Quinn was indicated as a bookkeeper in 1920 at Frontenac, Crawford County, Kansas.4

Thomas Crilly Quinn died on 23 May 1979 at Pittsburg, Crawford County, Kansas, at age 94.1
